We want to be your best friend, and besties always want you to love your new purchases. If you are not happy with your online purchase, we will gladly accept your return for a refund, store credit or exchange within 15 business days. Please call or email us with your name, order number and items you would like to return or exchange.
Returned items must meet these requirements:
- Returned within 15 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
- In original packaging, unworn condition, unwashed, original tags attached, free of make-up stains, odors, rips or tears.
- Accompanied by invoice with item(s) circled you wish to return or exchange and why.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 304-476-6726 before shipping the item you wish to exchange due to stocking issues.
Damages and Issues: Damages MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items include (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted):
- Final Sale Items
- Items Discounted at 30% or Greater
Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Ashley Cole Shop. We will place a new order with free shipping for the item you will be exchanging.
Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days).
